  • Ryan and John were an absolute joy to work with, and they are very good at their jobs. They were able to come the home on short notice after I’d had SNAFUs with both the size of the rental truck and another moving team before they were hired. They got the job done both quickly and professionally. I have never seen two humans get as much on a truck as they did, and everything arrived at the other end safely and securely. I really cannot recommend them enough, they are superstars!

  • John and John (Butters) was awesome. They were keeping us informed through out the process. They helped disassemble couple of beds. And they managed to fit evry nook and cranny of a 10ft truck with 2 bedroom apartment. They advised ahead to go for 15ft if possible (unfortunately U-haul did not have it that day). Professional and friendly. I cannot reccomend them high enough.

  • I don't do reviews, I had to give these guys an amazing one. I've had movers before but these guys were great. Previously when I had movers they complained about the stairs, wanted more money for flights that I informed them about etc. THESE GUYS DID THE JOB WITHOUT A COMPLAINT! They organized the items properly in the truck, I was elated. Moving day sucks on the best of occassions, I am so glad that I didn't have to worry about being ripped off by the company, it all worked out without a hitch. Hire this team, they're just great.

Once the delivery arrived, they helped unload quickly and got everything where we wanted it in our garage.   • Amazing experience. Very professional and friendly. Despite me rescheduling three separate times, they were extremely proactive and communicative in the days leading up to the move. We only scheduled for three hours and knew that this probably would only over the bulky items we had. They ended up arriving on time (to the literal minute), had everything necessary to help, worked very efficiently, and asked us questions about our preferences along the way. We ended with a few minutes left and they asked a few more times if there was anything else they could help with. John, one of our movers, even folded all the furniture blankets i rented to make sure I wouldn’t be charged. All around fantastic experience and I cannot recommend Thomas and John enough!

  • My experience with Miners moving was absolutely incredible. The two gentlemen that showed up to assist us in our move were extremely pleasant to work with. They were very helpful, professional and super fast. They loaded up our truck and record time. We had a lot of things, and we were upstairs and it didn’t phase them one bit. The guys were absolutely amazing. We needed a little bit of extra time and they were absolutely accommodating in assisting with that. The company that they work for was also great. They responded immediately upon booking to make sure that we had the dates and times correct, they communicated regularly throughout the entire process, and they even checked in on the workers progress during the move to verify they were doing a good job. Of all of the moving companies I have used in the past I would say that Mr. Miners was the top mover. I greatly appreciate everything that they did for us in our long distance move. I highly recommend you choose Mr. Minars moving!

  • This team is solid. I just used them again for a 3rd time and have been consistently met with top tier service and professionalism. They are incredibly accommodating to any schedule, and in this case, a tricky location. I have some older furniture that I was unsure could handle a move, but took extra consideration and used their own supplies to make sure they transported safely. They know the right questions to ask, and have a solution for everything. True experts in their craft. I will hire them again, and it's comforting to know that myself and my belongings will be genuinely cared for.

  • Ryan and Sid were early for our Sunday AM move in. Efficient, polite and offered no complaints moving up three flights to our new home.   • Owner called promptly, talked through logistics with me, identified potential choke points (elevators in retirement homes are heavily used), offered solutions. Day of job, he called again to ask if it was okay if he threw another worker in, free of charge, because they were overstaffed that day. They arrived promptly on move day. His crew brought multiple dollies in a van, were polite and energetic. They were so proud of their efficient pack job of my rental truck that they took a photo for posterity. They take pride in their work. As they were leaving after the job, another man in the retirement home we did not know asked for their help moving a bed from one apartment to another and they helped him free of charge, without even mentioning it to me. So they’re generous, too! Can’t recommend these guys enough.

  • The movers arrived late, which was not a problem since both had contacted me indicating they would be arriving later than scheduled. Thomas was very professional and a hard worker. The other guy was lackadaisical at best and needed a lot of guidance and instruction from Thomas. This is my 6th time using movers from MovingHelp and Mr Minar's were not as skilled as previous movers. Previous movers were nearly twice as old as these guys but actually used lifting techniques. You can tell this crew lacked experience.

  • Very professional, they were on time, and Ryan was very flexible since we needed to add more hours than originally, kept an open communication and call to ask how things were going while the movers were working.   • The two guys that came to load my haul did an excellent job of packing it solid and evenly distributing the weight. The only thing that I would say needs improvement is wrapping the furniture with the pads I provided and the wrap they provided. The dressers were wrapped with only the plastic wrap and the other furniture was wrapped with the blankets but not the plastic. Since my stuff was all going into storage it made it more work for me in the end. The did an excellent job though of fitting everything that could possibly fit and securing the contents for my out of state move.
